Other properties acquired outside of the S-RESIDENCE brand developed by the Samty Group Specifications vary widely because these properties are acquired from other parties, but each building satisfies seismic requirements and investment criteria such as PML. All buildings have also been thoroughly inspected (undergone a structural review) by professionals, ensuring that residents can live there with peace of mind. Additional funds are continually invested in these properties (security systems, etc.) after acquisition to enhance their value and create added peace of mind for residents. |
