Installation of ports for car sharing and bicycle sharing
Car sharing is being introduced and bicycle ports for bicycle-sharing services are being installed at certain properties in light of the life cycle of tenants, and thereby contributing by enhancing tenant convenience and promoting their health, reducing CO2 emissions and other ways.
Introduction of disaster prevention equipment and posting of disaster prevention posters
Introduction of disaster prevention equipment and posting of disaster prevention posters in preparation for disasters, such as typhoons and earthquakes, are underway at certain properties one after another to provide a secure and safe living space for tenants.
Tenant satisfaction surveys
Based on the results of tenant satisfaction surveys, we have been holding feedback meeting with the PM to examine the introduction of facilities and review the management system with the aim of improving tenant satisfaction.
