Samty Residential Investment Corporation is proactively taking environmental initiatives, such as energy-efficiency measures and CO2 reduction measures, at owned properties by working together with tenants and property management companies as well as the various suppliers involved in operating and maintaining the buildings.
Adoption of LED lighting in common areas and introduction of electronic breakers
Reduction of electricity consumption is being promoted by adopting LED lighting in common areas, such as entrances and corridors, and installing electronic breakers.
Introduction of various IoT solutions
Equipment that would enhance convenience for tenants along with promoting visualization of energy consumption is being introduced as appropriate.
Posting of various posters
Posting of posters on energy efficiency, food loss reduction and waste segregation is being promoted.

Conclusion of green lease clauses for pursuit of reduction of environmental burden by working together with property management companies and tenants is being promoted.
