Based on our philosophy of revitalizing the Japanese economy starting with its regional cities, Samty Residential Investment Corporation aims to provide safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents through investment in properties such as residences in a wide range of cities throughout Japan.
As the only publicly listed REIT with approximately 70% of its portfolio comprised of regional residences, we believe that effectively utilizing funds raised from the capital markets will provide indirect support to regional governments working to promote regional revitalization.

Furthermore, interest in sustainability is growing rapidly in recent years.
As a member of society, we are tasked with addressing an ever-increasing list of challenges, including environmental issues posed by climate change, more diverse risks, and enhancing the health and comfort of our tenants and employees.

We recognize that these are material issues with the potential to exert significant impact on our management and overall business, and that promoting sustainability initiatives with consideration for the environment, social, and governance will contribute to the enhancement of unitholder value over the medium to long term.
